Excellent Kitchen Piemontese 
I rarely happen to do advertising, and even less for family and friends. But this time I think it is fair to inform all those interested in eating and drinking well in that restaurant
House Casellae the food is really very high quality, which never hurts, at prices affordable.
I am writing this to tell you my experience and share it. Last Sunday I went, my wife and our parents for lunch at Casa Casellae (which is run by my good cousin Alberto) to celebrate my birthday. The restaurant, open for 3 years already, is to look good outside the rustic and elegant inside, with a vent in the basement of the time for fans and exposed brick where you can find a rich cellar.
well educated and calm acceptance of the waiters and the owner, at the first appetizer you could relive the atmosphere of the good old days. As you can see on the site, premises and furnishings are historical, I leave to you the discovery of the premises.
The food, purchased directly from producers, according to the logic of "Kmzero" is of excellent quality. But the real value added is the traditional cuisine of Piedmont good taste and good presentation, the portions are also abundant: Long live greed!
In short, the company was excellent, the superb food, fine wine (other than French, we drank a great Freisa Chieri lively - but found all the wines from the cellar on the site - which was nicely accompanied the food.)
And for those who had come from far away there is also a bed & breakfast!
So I am giving you only one tip: You go in Casellae House, if there is not yet happened to live this experience is well worth it!
